    The wifi connection was abysmal!!! Room housekeeping needed immediate attention, plug points were barely functional. The check-in process was disorganized, leaving me without clear transportation guidance!!!

    The breakfast was lovely, with lots of food. The location of this hotel close to other areas and all the four attached restaurants/cafes and the Parsi Dhabha garden was beautiful. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Lonavala.

    We had an lovely family trip at the resort. The adventure park was lit for all ages. The vibrant atmosphere and variety of activities are perfect for a fun getaway.

    In my wife's opinion, a dog park would improve our stay.

    A Disappointing Experience at a Pricey Resort

    We stayed one night in a luxury king room and sadly faced unhelpful staff and overpriced amenities. The jacuzzi barely functioned, and the constant questioning about our room number was intrusive. For the price, I expected much better service and facilities. Definitely not worth the expense.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying with my family and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service and delicious breakfast. The staff were really nice too ensure our comfort, and the breakfast spread featured a good mix of local and international cuisine, including freshly baked pastries. The room was a haven of tranquility, well-maintained and beautifully furnished. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, which would be the only area for improvement.
